Michael J. Skinner
Mr. Skinner has over 25 years industrial experience and 5 plus years of consulting experience. He represents individual clients as a business/technical representative on Potentially Responsible Party (PRP) Steering Committees for Superfund matters. He is also a Project and Group Coordinator, working in Superfund or State lead multiparty sites. He has represented Mobil and ExxonMobil at over 50 sites through all stages of the Superfund lifecycle. Mr. Skinner has chaired a number of PRP groups and technical committees as well as participated on Consent Decree (CD) negotiation teams for PRP groups. He has also managed numerous single party environmental remedial projects in State or Federal actions handling both project management and regulatory agency interactions and negotiations. Additionally, he is on the Board of Directors of New Cure, Inc, a company established by the PRPs to perform the remedial work at the Operating Industries, Inc. Superfund Site in Monterey Park, CA. He recently completed a structure and function study for the Board of Directors of NCI to ascertain operations effectiveness of the company. |
