New Cure, Inc. (NCI), a private company formed by the PRPs to
manage the remediation of the site. Each PRP is a shareholder
of NCI.
- Serve on the Steering Committee and was a member of the committee
that negotiated the 8th and final consent decree for the site,
which is valued at over $450 M.
