Successfully lead a reorganization of the PRP group to reduce cash flow and negotiate the preferred remedy, which the EPA had taken off the table.
The reorganization was designed to stop an on-going adversarial relationship of 10 years with the EPA. Building a new relationship is why the EPA finally agreed to the remedy.
A ROD has been issued for the site and the group has signed a CD.
Also helped force an insurance settlement that had stalemated.
