- Successfully negotiated a global approach to Mobil liability at old facilities in Region 4.
- The EPA was issuing orders on a regular basis and the financial impact was significant.
- Negotiated with the EPA to put all of the sites on the table and address them in a step-wise and controlled manner so the company could reasonably budget the work and would no longer get hit with unexpected expenditures of millions per year.
- This project has been one of Region 4's most successful global projects and is scheduled to be completed in about 3 years.
